We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, payment processing, email, text delivery, and AI-assisted estimating. They process information needed to provide those services on our behalf. We may share relevant project information with assigned personnel or subcontractors to perform the work, and disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except providers necessary to deliver and operate our messaging service on our behalf. Project information sharing does not transfer permission to text you.
Text messages and your choices
Our optional customer notification program covers invoices, secure payment links, agreements, maintenance plans and renewals, appointments, and project or service updates. Payments and account security
Payment details are collected through our payment processor, Stripe. Our app stores payment references and transaction status rather than full card numbers or bank-account credentials. We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Keep your login details private.
Retention and requests
We retain information for service delivery, accounting, contractual obligations, security, consent records, and applicable legal requirements. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for those purposes. Opting out of texts does not cancel a service agreement or payment obligation.
