Messaging terms
The Houghton & Hill Customer Notifications program is operated by Houghtz Designs LLC under the customer-facing name Houghton & Hill Construction Services.
What you will receive
After you opt in, we may send recurring service-related texts about invoices and secure payment links, agreements for electronic signature, HVAC maintenance plans and renewal notices, appointments, and project or service updates. This program does not send promotional offers or unsolicited marketing.
How to join
Review the disclosures on our text updates page, then text JOIN to (813) 773-1722 from the mobile number you want to enroll. You must own the number or be authorized to give consent for it. Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may also opt in by selecting the separate, unchecked text-updates checkbox on your private agreement signing screen and signing. We record the phone number, signer name, date, disclosure and agreement reference. Signing or providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. See the text updates page for the full disclosure.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider's rates and terms apply. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. For help, reply HELP, email office@houghtonandhill.com, or call 813-618-5277. To re-enroll after opting out, review the signup disclosures and text START to the same number.
Texting is for service notifications, not emergency assistance. For scheduling changes or questions requiring staff attention, call or email us. Opting out of texts does not cancel your project, maintenance agreement, or payment obligations; contact us to arrange another communication method.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent for third-party marketing. Read our privacy policy for how we handle information and messaging consent.
Changes
We may update these messaging terms, with the effective date shown above. These terms govern the messaging program; your signed service agreement continues to govern your construction or maintenance services.
